Delivery of consumable materials for a pharmacy at the location os. Złotej Jesieni 1, Kraków, over a period of 12 months from contract signing. Materials must have a minimum validity/warranty of 12 months from delivery. Delivery will be based on written orders within 3 working days, urgent deliveries within 24 working hours. Personnel training at the contracting authority's premises is required with the first delivery, no later than 30 days after contract signing.
