Supply of packaged food and beverages for election workers

Supply of packaged food, confectionery, savory items, refreshing and tonic drinks for participants in the processing of protocols and handover of documents by the election commissions (23rd, 24th, and 25th RIK) for the presidential and vice-presidential elections in Bulgaria in October/November 2026, as well as for technical and logistical staff and commissions. Estimated quantities: 20,000 pcs sausage sandwich, 900 pcs vegetarian sandwich, 7,500 pcs confectionery (gingerbread), 9,500 pcs roasted peeled peanuts, 13,000 pcs confectionery ('on-the-go' cream pudding), 8,500 pcs baked good (pretzel sticks), 9,500 pcs energy bar, 33,080 pcs water, 22,680 pcs coffee, 3,400 pcs tea, 14,960 pcs carbonated soft drink, 14,720 pcs still soft drink, 400 pcs energy drink. The contracting authority is not obliged to order the full estimated quantities.
