Supply of Heat Consumption Meters and Their Spare Parts

Supply of heat consumption meters, their components, and spare parts for hot water district heating systems: The meters must be suitable for cooling energy measurement and integrate into existing remote reading systems without modifications. A framework agreement will be concluded for 24 months or until a net amount of 68,400,000 Ft + VAT is exhausted. A call-off of 70% of the framework amount is obligatory. Planned quantities for 24 months include: 840 units of heat consumption meters (components), comprising 359 units of computing units (Multical 603 equivalent, MBus, 2 pulse inputs), 3 units of industrial computing units (Multical 801 equivalent), 426 units of sensors (paired, MID certified) Ø 5.8 mm, 25 units of ultrasonic flow meters with threaded connection PN16 (MID certified), and 27 units of ultrasonic flow meters with flanged connection PN25 (MID certified). Furthermore, 1,237 units of spare parts for heat consumption meters (components), comprising 59 units of basic modules for computing units, 120 units of stainless steel immersion sleeves, 208 units of screw connections (brass, union nut with sealing ring, in kit), and 850 units of lithium batteries for heat consumption meter computing units. Planned support for 24 months includes 2 units of optical reader heads with software for programming and reading meters, 12 hours of programming support labor, and 3 occasions for programming support on-site fees. The devices to be supplied must be new, factory-fresh, re-calibratable, possess Hungarian calibration certificates, and comply with MID: 2014/32/EU; further items as per the tender documents.
