Supply of Aggregates (Gravel-Sand Mixture)

Supply of aggregates (gravel-sand mixture) of fraction 0/16 mm for an improved sub-base layer: 5,000.00 tons, according to WT – 4 requirements (Table 6 in document WT – 4, Annex No. 3 to Order No. 102 of the General Director for National Roads and Motorways of 19.11.2010). Deliveries are to be made successively upon request, specifying location, quantity, and delivery frequency, daily from 7:00 to 17:00, with a minimum of 3 working days' notice. Permits for transit on public and forest roads (including gross vehicle weight) must be obtained by the contractor at their own expense. Unloading of material will take place directly onto the road under construction at a location specified by the client's representative. Control weighing of material on a randomly selected, calibrated vehicle scale is possible; costs of weight verification are borne by the contractor in case of underweight. Current declarations of conformity or performance for the supplied aggregates must be provided upon request. A sample batch must be delivered before main deliveries commence. The delivery location is the area of the Forest Inspectorates within the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Lublin; further details as per Annex No. 7 of the tender documents.
