Delivery of two Type C road ambulances with 4x4 drive

Delivery of 2 brand new Type C road ambulances with 4x4 drive for Cieszyńskie Pogotowie Ratunkowe: The ambulances must meet the requirements of the current PN EN 1789 standard or an equivalent for Type C ambulances. The vehicles must be brand new, unused, and from the 2026 production year. Detailed requirements, technical description, and parameters are included in Attachment No. 2 of the tender documents (Form for Required Parameters). Partial offers are not permitted. The procurement is financed by funds from the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program 2025–2026 (Area II), the State Budget, and the Silesian Voivodeship Budget. Equipment includes electric stretchers, an electric cardiology chair, a ventilator, an infusion pump, an electric suction unit, and a defibrillator. Variant offers are not permitted. Subcontracting of parts of the order is allowed. A site visit is not required. Settlement in foreign currencies is not foreseen. Costs for participation in the procedure will not be reimbursed. ICT products, services, and processes used in the performance of the service must not include products, services, or processes identified in recommendations as having a negative impact on the fundamental security interests of the state or originating from a supplier classified as high-risk, further items as per the tender documents.
