Licenses for Virtualization System

Delivery of temporary licenses for virtualization software: Vmware vDefend for 384 cores and VMware Cloud Foundation for 300 cores, each for the period from 01.09.2026 to 31.12.2028. The offered ICT products, services, and processes must not include elements identified in recommendations under Art. 33 para. 4 of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system as having a negative impact on the fundamental security interests of the state, or identified in decisions under Art. 67b para. 15 of the same Act as originating from high-risk suppliers. Detailed descriptions for equivalent solutions are included in Attachment 6 (Vmware vDefend) and Attachment 7 (VMware Cloud Foundation) of the contract provisions.
