Licenses and Maintenance for HRIS Software for the in'li Group

Provision of an integrated HRIS system for the in'li group: includes licenses, maintenance, parameterization, data migration, change management support, and operational support. The framework agreement uses mixed pricing with global/fixed prices for licenses and maintenance, and purchase orders for minor evolutions. The maximum total amount is specified in article 4.2 of the RC. The tender is re-issued following a redefinition of needs and substantial modifications (adjustment of the overall duration and its division into firm and renewal periods, clarification of the framework agreement's form, determination of a maximum value for the purchase order part) as of August 7, 2026.
