Authorized users: ZBW staff, registered library users, walk-in users at two library locations. Access via internal network and remote access (Remote Access via ZBW proxy). Minimum content: full-text economics literature, scientific journals, statistical data/time series, company/industry information, international content in English. At least 2,000 active full-text journals (at least half peer-reviewed), regular and timely updates, citable content according to scientific standards with transparent source references. Subject coverage: economics, business administration, finance, accounting, marketing, and management. Minimum functions: simple/advanced search, filter/facet search, export of literature data in common formats, permalinks. Minimum technology: HTTPS-encrypted access, IP-based access, remote access, metadata in KBART or MARC21 format, Link-Resolver support. Very high, almost complete availability, fast loading times, and stable performance. Data protection: GDPR compliance, secure data transmission, hosting within EU/EEA or with GDPR guarantees. Compatibility with current web browsers, barrier-free access according to common standards. License terms: use for authorized ZBW user groups, at least 50 simultaneous accesses, use for research, teaching, and private study purposes, permission to save, print, and export content. Copyright regulations apply additionally. Optional services: unlimited simultaneous access, permanent access to licensed content (Post-Cancellation Access), COUNTER-compliant usage statistics, SUSHI interface, support for scientific text and data mining procedures, further items as per the tender documents.
