Logistics services for the RheinMain CongressCenter
Logistics services for event operations at the RheinMain CongressCenter (RMCC): Award of a hub monopoly for all loading activities and logistical functions within the entire logistics process. This includes entry and exit control with deposit collection, loading yard management, loading and transfer, full and empty goods logistics, and disposal. The contract duration is expected to be two years, starting on 01.11.2026 and ending on 31.10.2028. The contract automatically extends by one year each time if not terminated three months prior to expiration. An extension option by the client is provided, with a maximum contract duration of four years. Mandatory participation in a site visit on 27.07.2026, 28.07.2026, or 29.07.2026 is required for bid submission; registration must be completed by 23.07.2026 at the latest.
