Ventilation installations for the renovation and extension of Bremervörde Primary School

Ventilation installations: Renovation of a gutted 2-story existing building in reinforced concrete skeleton construction and construction of a 1-story extension with a connecting corridor. The existing building has a load-bearing structure of reinforced concrete columns, slabs, ribbed, and coffered ceilings. Exterior walls will be newly constructed in calcium silicate, interior walls in the existing building in drywall, and in the extension in solid masonry. The building will receive a new facade of facing bricks in the parapet area and as wall piers, as well as an external thermal insulation composite system (ETICS) with brick slips between the wall piers and facade panels. The new building's footprint is approximately 3,034 sqm, with a gross volume of approximately 15,620 cbm.
