Drywall works for the renovation and extension of Bremervörde Primary School: The existing building is a gutted 2-story reinforced concrete skeleton structure. A 1-story extension and a connecting corridor to the adjacent school building are planned. Interior walls in the existing building will be constructed using drywall, while interior walls in the extension will be solid masonry. The exterior walls will be newly constructed in KS. The building will receive a new facade of facing bricks in the parapet area and as wall piers, supplemented by an external thermal insulation composite system (ETICS) with brick slips between the wall piers and facade panels. The new construction has a floor area of approx. 3,034 sqm and a gross volume of approx. 15,620 cbm.
