Ventilation Technology for the KARLA Administrative and Educational Center
Ventilation technology for the high-rise section of the KARLA Administrative and Educational Center: Installation of ventilation technology starting mid-January 2027 for the entire high-rise section (E05-E23) of the new service building for the Karlsruhe district administration. This includes the execution of decentralized units for each floor and all piping within the high-rise. The scope of services comprises 19 decentralized air handling units with a total air volume of approx. 30,000 m³/h, approx. 2,000 m² ventilation duct including fittings, approx. 3,600 m piping, approx. 2,700 pcs. pipe fittings, approx. 200 pcs. fire dampers, approx. 65 pcs. silencers, approx. 180 pcs. volume flow controllers, and approx. 570 pcs. outlets. Ventilation technology for the flat building is not part of this contract.
