Measurement services for municipal engineering in the Mäntsälä municipality area for the years 2027-2028: Establishment of a framework agreement with two service providers, ranked by price. The main focus of measurement orders is on terrain model and stormwater drainage measurements. Services include terrain model measurements required for municipal engineering plans, potentially including verification measurements of existing stormwater pipe networks, mapping of community technical assets such as stormwater networks (including manhole card creation), street lighting networks, traffic signs, and equipment. Also included are construction site measurements, which, based on the client's measurement plans, cover position and elevation markings for various construction phases of street, water supply, sewage, and green area construction sites, as well as other necessary markings. Precise measurements for water supply and other objects deemed necessary are also part of the scope. Orders for measurement work are generally full-day assignments, but for construction site measurements, they can be urgent and short-term tasks. The estimated measurement need during the production period is approximately 200-300 hours. There is no purchase obligation; procurement volumes are estimates and non-binding. The agreement does not grant the service provider exclusive rights. The client reserves the right to procure work related to the framework agreement or closely associated additional work from providers other than those within the framework agreement, further items as per the tender documents.
