Meals and Kitchen Activities for WZC Villa Hugardis Hoegaarden

Delivery of daily meals and other kitchen activities for a maximum of 61 residents of a residential care center: The service includes breakfast, lunch, coffee break, and dinner for the period 2027-2030. Breakfast and dinner are bread meals with a choice of savory and sweet spreads and various types of bread (white, brown), supplemented on Sundays with fantasy bread (sugar and rose bread). Dinner includes an individually pre-packaged dessert. Lunch consists of soup, main course, and dessert (fresh fruit, pastry, pudding, ice cream), externally produced fresh, cooled, sealed, and delivered in finished form in bulk packaging of maximum 10 portions in regeneration-suitable containers. A festive menu may be offered on holidays. The coffee break is facilitated with an individually pre-packaged quality cookie with a weekly changing assortment. The residential care center is responsible for the storage, regeneration, distribution, and consumption of the delivered meals. Additional services: once a week, the evening bread meal is supplemented with a warm or cold full meal (without soup); four times a year, lunch is replaced by a theme meal (e.g., mussels, game, asparagus); an annual birthday breakfast for each resident; provision of a limited, ready-to-use finger food selection. Further kitchen activities include drinks (excluding coffee) for three departments and the cafeteria, sales items for the cafeteria (dry goods, snacks, sweets, retail products), and non-food items (aids for meal care, hygienic consumables such as underlays, napkins). Coffee supply is explicitly excluded.
