Painting and Floor Coating Works for the New Museum of the 20th Century Berlin

Painting and floor coating works for interior floor areas, including stairwells, landings, and stair treads: On-site sampling, protective covers for walls, supports, windows, and stairs. Coating preparatory works include 20 units CM-method moisture measurement, 5,725 m² substrate cleaning (cement screed/concrete), 2,240 m substrate cleaning, sanding, and vacuuming of plinth areas (wall H 10-15 cm), 1,880 m substrate cleaning, sanding, and vacuuming of concrete stair treads and risers, 4,635 m cutting of edge insulation strips, 4,300 m² cement leveling (once) on screed substrates in partial areas, 5,565 m² substrate pre-treatment (cement screed/concrete) by shot blasting and vacuuming. Floor coating includes 2,500 m² initial coating of 2-component epoxy resin on cement screed floor (RAL 7038), 2,120 m initial coating of 2-component epoxy resin on wall as plinth strip (RAL 7038), 2,060 m² conductive initial coating of 2-component epoxy resin on cement screed floor (RAL 7038) including 2K-PU sealing, 125 m conductive initial coating of 2-component epoxy resin on wall as plinth strip (RAL 7038), 40 units potential equalization connection, 30 m² initial coating of 1-component acrylic resin on cement screed floor (RAL 7038), 32.5 m initial coating of 1-component acrylic resin on wall as plinth strip (RAL 7038), 720 m² coating of 1-component transparent sodium silicate on cement screed/concrete floor (RAL 7038), 1,880 m coating of 1-component transparent sodium silicate on concrete stair treads and risers, and 115 m² surface protection system OS 14 (RAL 7030).
