Drywall works: Technical processing including workshop and assembly planning, on-site measurements, surveys, and alignments; site setup for own services. Raised access and hollow floors: 1,755 m² 1-layer hollow floor (partially as heating-cooling floor), 2,115 m² 2-layer hollow floor (partially as heating-cooling floor), 8,305 m² 3-layer hollow floor (partially as heating-cooling floor), 317 m² raised access floor (partially as heating-cooling floor). Connections: 6,807 m mineral wool edge insulation strips (height 50-200 mm). Compartmentation: 240 m floor cavity compartmentation, 6 pcs compartmentation with cable penetrations. Stairs and ramps: 3 pcs small stairs, 1 pc hollow floor staircase system (H/W/L 6.70 m/16.24 m/16.80 m) in drywall construction with steel substructure, clad with gypsum fiber boards including erected step supports, interrupted by two landing areas, divided into two straight stairs and seating steps in the middle section (one straight stair planned as escape stair), 135 m² fire protection barriers in EI90, 3 pcs ramps (1.5-6.2 m).
