Painting and varnishing works at Ichtershausen Primary School: approx. 1,105 m² protective covers for floors, windows, doors, and other building components, approx. 645 m² substrate cleaning and preparation, approx. 663 m² filling works (predominantly quality level Q3), approx. 1,790 m² primer coatings on wall, ceiling, and niche surfaces, approx. 657 m² paint fleece on wall and niche surfaces, approx. 686 m² intermediate and final coatings with dispersion paint, 190 m coating of reveal surfaces, 500 m creation of color changes, 1,450 m joint sealing with acrylic sealant, 200 m wallpaper corner profiles, 28 m stainless steel corner protection profiles, creation and handover of complete construction documentation in paper and digital form. Execution period: 10 working days after contract award until end of calendar week 47. Security for contract performance 5.0% of the contract sum (from 250,000 Euros net), security for defect claims 3.0% of interim payments.
