Site preparation and drainage for the construction of a triple sports hall in Arnstadt (23,545 m³ gross volume, 3,000 m² gross floor area, construction site area 8,170 m²): Clearing of a partial area of the building plot, construction of a temporary access road, excavation for the 3-field sports and multi-purpose hall and adjacent retaining walls including a gravel sub-base, earthworks and shoring. Drainage canal works for rainwater, sewage, drinking water, and a gravel soakaway in the outdoor area, installation of sewage and drinking water pipes including shafts and connections.
