Painting and varnishing work for the after-school care building: removal of wallpaper and preparatory work, 360 m² wall plastering Q2 to Q3, 2,000 m² non-woven wallpaper application, 2,895 m² wall coating, 1,290 m² ceiling coating, 4,800 m joint sealing, coating of stair railings and handrails indoors, including substrate preparation, plinths, special surfaces, and protective measures. The execution period is from 09.11.2026 to 25.06.2027. Proof of suitability must be provided through pre-qualification or a self-declaration of suitability with information on turnover, references, personnel, chamber and commercial register registration, social security contributions, accident insurance, collective bargaining social fund, tax exemption certificate according to § 48 EStG, insolvency, liquidation, and serious misconduct.
