Civil engineering works include breaking up asphalt paving (100 m²), excavating trench lines (75 m³), pipe jacking using a soil displacement hammer (415 m), restoring asphalt (100 m²), sand bedding for cables (7.5 m³), laying warning tape (100 m), and removing cable protection pipes and covers (85 m). Execution is from 16.11.2026 to 28.05.2027. Alternative bids are not permitted; multiple main bids are permitted. The award criterion is the lowest price. Bidders must submit a self-declaration of suitability (turnover, references, number of employees, chamber/commercial register entry, social security contributions, accident insurance, social fund, exemption certificate, insolvency/liquidation, serious misconduct) or a VOB prequalification certificate and specify planned subcontracts.
