Managed Print Services (Printing, Plotting & Scanning) for the construction of the Poland Nuclear Power Plant: provision of equipment, technical support, consumables management, and scalable service support across multiple project locations. The service includes multifunction devices, printers, plotters, scanning capability, maintenance support, consumables replenishment (exclusive of paper), and service management processes. The anticipated scope covers offices in Warsaw, Gdańsk, Gdynia, and the Lubiatowo-Kopalino Jobsite, along with other future project locations. The managed fleet is expected to comprise approximately 20-25 devices, including standard multifunction printers (MFPs), plotters, scanners, and specialized wide-format equipment. The service provider is responsible for maintaining equipment availability, supporting device installation, managing consumables, providing preventive maintenance, and responding to service requests. Document reproduction, printing, plotting, scanning, and related document support services are required. Prequalification demands proven experience in Managed Print Services and similar projects, service capability, compliance with legal requirements, financial and organizational capacity; further items as per the tender documents.
