Managed Print Services (MPS) for Multifunction Devices, Printers, and Output Management Software

Delivery and Support of Multifunction Devices, Printers, and Output Management Software: Exchange of 96 A3 multifunction devices at schools and regional vocational centers, and 78 A3 multifunction devices in administration (including kindergartens and fire department locations) with new devices of various performance classes in an initial mass rollout. Subsequent exchange of A4 multifunction devices and printers based on flexible user requests. Approximately 600 existing devices are currently in use. The goal is to reduce model variety and optimize the total number of devices. Detailed information on estimated and maximum quantities of devices per performance class can be found in Annex 2 'Price Sheet', and information on individual locations in Annex 5 'Locations' of the tender documents.
