Management of public lighting services for Miercurea Ciuc Municipality

Notice title: Delegarea gestiunii serviciilor de iluminat public în Municipiul Miercurea Ciuc

Management of public lighting services for Miercurea Ciuc Municipality: administration, operation, and maintenance of the public lighting system, including the implementation of festive ornamental lighting. The contract duration is 4 years, with an option for extension by a maximum of 2 years. Maintenance includes lighting for road and pedestrian traffic routes, upkeep of current equipment for architectural lighting of objects in Miercurea Ciuc, and the realization of festive lighting for winter holidays using materials from the Municipality's stock. Additionally, electricity supply for holidays and events (cultural, sports, religious) organized or supported by Miercurea Ciuc Municipality is to be ensured, including operational intervention personnel. The service provision also includes continuous verification and supervision of low-voltage electrical networks, transformer stations, distribution boxes, and luminaires; adjustment of the operating regime; quality control; maintenance of all system components; ensuring functionality according to designed parameters; preventive measures; preparation/updating of technical documentation; adherence to equipment supplier instructions; operation according to approved programs; adherence to internal regulations; adherence to service regulations; economic operation aiming for cost reduction; maintaining service capacities and efficient operation through systematic monitoring, maintenance, planning of capital repairs, and timely execution of current revisions/repairs; fulfillment of quality indicators; concluding contracts with suppliers; development/modernization of the system; provision of an information and consultation system; deployment of qualified personnel; monitoring and recording of performance indicators; establishment of a communication system with beneficiaries (to be presented within 60 calendar days); informing users/beneficiaries about annual repair/revision planning.
