Basic services for preventive fire protection at Käthe-Kollwitz-Schule Marburg, Schützenstraße 45 location: Remediation of significant deficiencies in structural and preventive fire protection, missing second escape and rescue route, defects in existing escape and rescue routes, and deficits in external and internal access and accessibility for a gross floor area of approx. 5,700 m². The measures include a phased construction/clustering of the corridor school and the extension of the building by an annex to the cross wing in two construction phases. Services comprise performance phases 1-5 and 8, plus additional services, to be commissioned in stages (Stage 1: LPH 1-4; Stage 2: LPH 5; Stage 3: LPH 8 and special services). Work is to commence immediately after contract award.
