Masonry work for maintenance on municipal properties

Masonry work as time-based contract work for regularly recurring maintenance on municipal properties: Services are based on the Standard Service Specifications for Civil Engineering (STLB-BauZ 630). The contract duration is from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2027, with an annual extension option if not terminated six months prior to expiration, maximum total duration until December 31, 2029. The work will be carried out on schools, kindergartens, fire departments, administrative buildings, youth and senior facilities, residential and commercial buildings, and sports facilities in the urban area of Lutherstadt Wittenberg and the districts of Apoellensdorf, Pratau, Seegrehna, Reinsdorf, Griebo, Mochau, Thießen, Straach, Boßdorf, Kropstädt, Schmilkendorf, Nudersdorf, Abtsdorf, and Euper. Estimated contract volumes are based on experience and are not binding.
