Licenses and services for MDAS Shared Mobility Software: 66 licenses for various roles with a maximum term of 96 months, cancellable by the client after the fourth contract year with three months' notice, starting from the acceptance of the overall system. The licenses include service and maintenance. Achieving operational readiness involves importing historical and current mobility data from LHM, providing additional data from Shared Mobility providers, commissioning interfaces, implementing Shared Mobility requirements, providing the application including user access, necessary adaptations, configurations, and extensions, providing the application according to required performance, supporting tests and troubleshooting, providing licenses/access to the test environment before acceptance, supporting implementation (Go-live, Early-Life-Support), providing documentation, and ensuring functional and technical support by a specialist. The operation of the application includes additional on-call support services of approximately 80 person-hours per year during the entire contract term for customizing, data model extensions, integration of sharing providers, and change requests, available on an hourly basis from system acceptance. This also includes support by a specialist, provision of service and maintenance, and support for the exit strategy. Furthermore, user training for the application, including the creation of necessary training materials, is required.
