Media Development and Soil Remediation for BA 1.2

Development measures for Building 5: Topsoil removal of approx. 320 m³ with an average removal depth of 15 cm; surface demolition of approx. 1,070 m² asphalt, concrete, gravel, and paved areas, as well as approx. 170 m curbs; demolition of crane track/pile foundations with approx. 345 m³ reinforced concrete demolition and approx. 500 m³ soil exposure; soil remediation with approx. 3,790 m³ contaminated soil excavation in the area of Building 5; construction of traffic facilities on approx. 1,900 m², including approx. 1,300 m² asphalt, 200 m² paving, approx. 450 m curbs, and 175 m paved gutters; construction of a rainwater pipe with approx. 149 m PP pipe and 70 m concrete pipe DN 600, plus 10 street drains; relocation of a drinking water pipe of approx. 48 m PE pipe; earthworks for cable/media routes for lighting cables approx. 315 m, broadband empty conduits approx. 120 m, power line approx. 100 m; earthworks for district heating/cooling water with approx. 82 m district heating and approx. 92 m cooling water route, additionally dismantling approx. 25 m of existing district heating duct; temporary groundwater lowering including dewatering for civil engineering and pipeline works; soil disposal of a total of approx. 12,400 t.
