Relocation and new installation of underground pipes for sanitary, heating/cooling, and electrical systems as part of the renovation of a research and office building: Coordination and installation of a KM pipe trench (ice water line) by an external contractor, approx. 400 m wastewater pipes DN 100 - DN 200 with fittings (press connection), 6 pcs. shafts (shaft base, rings, cover B125, DN 1000), 1 pc. relocation of a 6 m³ concrete rainwater collection basin, approx. 400 m plastic jacket pipe (KMR) DN 40 - DN 125 with molded parts, sleeves, and network monitoring (welding connection), approx. 12 pcs. ground fittings DN 65 - DN 100, approx. 7 pcs. cable shafts (electrical) as concrete pot shafts (150 x 150 x 150 cm), approx. 950 m PE cable protection pipe DN 160 rigid and flexible, approx. 20 pcs. core drillings up to DN 100 - 350. This includes the creation and securing of trench and shaft excavation pits, creation of the work area, slope and shoring works, protection of existing facilities, backfilling and compaction of trenches, and intermediate storage, examination, and disposal of excess soil and demolition materials.
