Medical Equipment for SZPZLO Warszawa-Wawer

Delivery of brand-new medical devices, manufactured in 2026, which are unused, not ex-display, and not reconditioned. The service includes all adaptation works required by the manufacturer, necessary electrical and telecommunication installations, and other installations essential for proper operation. Also included are assembly and configuration of the devices, integration with the client's existing RIS/PACS system, execution of acceptance tests and specialized tests according to applicable regulations, staff training, handover of operating manuals and technical documentation in Polish, handover of warranty cards and maintenance schedules. Additionally, the dismantling and securing of the client's existing equipment is required. The devices must meet the client's technical and quality parameters and be approved for use in Poland according to the Medical Devices Act of May 20, 2010 (Dz. U. of 2024 item 1620 with amendments). A minimum 24-month warranty from installation and acceptance is required, including one annual technical review per warranty year.
