Surgical Trays

Delivery of surgical trays: includes all instruments, tray baskets, tray inserts, and associated accessories (e.g., holders, fixations, silicone pads, lids, identification carriers) listed in the price sheet, across all manufacturers and complete. This encompasses order processing with manufacturers, tracking of deadlines and backlogs, and bundling of individual deliveries into complete trays. Delivery is complete per tray title; partial deliveries are only permitted with the client's written consent. Foreseeable delivery delays must be reported immediately with the estimated new delivery date. Further services include the provision and maintenance of article master data, as well as their creation and maintenance in Vivantes' instrument management system instacountPLUS. The trays are delivered pre-assembled and ready for installation. Processing and washing involve the pre-cleaning of instruments before assembly, and after packing, the complete reprocessing of each tray, including cleaning, disinfection, functional testing, maintenance, packaging, and sterilization according to the contractor's validated procedure, ensuring the trays are immediately ready for use in the operating room. Also included are delivery and logistics, as well as the creation of logistical packing lists per delivery/tray and their import into instacountPLUS.
