Measurement, Control, and Regulation Technology (MCR) / Building Automation for the new MPI for Security and Privacy institute building in Bochum: Installation of MCR technology for the technical systems of the heating/cooling/ventilation (HZG/KLT), sanitary, and air conditioning (RLT) trades. Production of building automation with automation stations, information hubs, control cabinets, operating and display devices, and field devices for the acquisition, regulation, control, monitoring, and fault reporting of technical systems. Connection and regulation of heating, cooling, ventilation, sanitary, and media supply systems, including pumps, valves, dampers, volume flow controls, temperature, pressure, humidity, and differential pressure measurements, as well as measuring and metering devices. Integration of data points and interfaces into the building automation/BMS, including parameterization, commissioning, functional testing, and documentation. Integration of necessary interfaces to third-party systems and technical equipment, especially to ventilation units, chillers, district heating/cooling transfer, rooftop units, safety and operational monitoring, and meter and energy management systems. The contract includes a maintenance agreement. Commencement of work within 12 working days after the client's request (expected by 04.11.2026), completion within 240 working days (5 working days/week) after the start of execution.
