Organization of 2 exhibition stands: comprehensive organization of 2 exhibition stands for the Silesian Voivodeship and the City of Katowice at the International Real Estate and Investment Fair MIPIM from March 16 to 19, 2027. Included are design, construction, assembly, disassembly, and technical support for the stands, gastronomic and catering services for Stand 1 (Silesian Voivodeship) and Stand 2 (City of Katowice), local transport services (City of Katowice), and the organization of the delegation trip for individuals from the Silesian Voivodeship. The stands must feature a raised floor (min. 3 cm, max. 4 cm height) with beveled edges for disabled access and high-quality carpet or non-slip panel flooring with secured edges; the flooring must be identical for both stands.
