Metal and Plastic Windows

Refurbishment work on windows and doors: Dismantling of 4 basement windows, 14 aluminum windows, and 2 aluminum or steel frame doors. Protection measures/weather protection include foil up to 1 m² (4 units), chipboard/foil up to 4-6 m² (14 units), and chipboard/foil up to 2-4 m² (1 unit). New installations comprise 13 plastic windows (11 with alarm spiders), 13 aluminum exterior window sills, 13 steel windows without fire protection (4 with alarm spiders), 10 steel exterior doors without fire protection (5 with alarm spiders), and 1 exterior door with fire protection (with 1 alarm spider). The services are to be performed in an existing, listed building under confined space conditions, with spatial and temporal staggering.
