Structural Engineering for General Renovation Prinzregentenstraße 7

Structural engineering including BIM services for the general renovation of Prinzregentenstraße 7, covering service phases (LPH) 1-6 and 8 of HOAI, with call-off by service levels. The general renovation of an individual monument at Prinzregentenstraße 7, 80538 Munich, includes the monument-appropriate restoration of the building substance and the conversion of the historic building for contemporary use as an administrative building, including technology, accessibility, energy, operational safety, and user requirements. This involves the complete renewal of building services and a new elevator core. The building is an individual monument within an ensemble protection area, an administrative building with 7 full floors and 2 mezzanines, built 1907-1909, with a gross floor area of approx. 3,830 m². Information on the construction method, static repair requirements, and numerous further preliminary investigations is provided in points 10, 10.1, and 10.2-10.11 of the project description. The cost ceiling for cost groups 200 to 600 according to DIN 276:2018-12 is 13.8 million Euro gross.
