Metal construction and locksmith works: Framework agreement for regularly recurring maintenance work on municipal properties (schools, kindergartens, fire departments, administrative buildings, youth and senior facilities, residential and commercial buildings, sports facilities) in the urban area of Lutherstadt Wittenberg and its districts Apoellensdorf, Pratau, Seegrehna, Reinsdorf, Griebo, Mochau, Thießen, Straach, Boßdorf, Kropstädt, Schmilkendorf, Nudersdorf, Abtsdorf, and Euper. Services are based on the Standard Construction Specifications (STLB-BauZ). Contract duration from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027, with an annual extension option if not terminated six months prior to expiry, maximum total duration until 31.12.2029. Estimated contract volumes are based on experience and may vary; there is no claim to commissioning.
