Maintenance and troubleshooting for various OpenText (formerly Micro Focus) software products, and permanent provision of new licenses: The framework agreement, for a maximum of two years, will be executed via a Fulfillment Agent, based on an existing MLA contract. Duration 12 months with one extension option for another 12 months, starting earliest 01.12.2026. Estimated quantities: 41,254 existing licenses, annually 41,254 units of maintenance and troubleshooting for existing licenses. Maximum quantities: up to 801 new licenses, annually 42,055 units of maintenance and troubleshooting (existing and new licenses). No obligation to purchase minimum quantities; commissioning depends on available budget and future software license requirements. Further information as per the service specification.
