Microsoft BMI Select Plus Licenses

Microsoft licenses: Volume licenses, version 2024, German language. Installation and use of the software licenses must be guaranteed, as well as the functionality of the applications and the legality of the acquisition. Licenses for schools, educational and research institutions, non-profit organizations, and used licenses are excluded. The client receives full usage rights. The bidder must ensure compliance with Microsoft audit requirements and audit security, and in case of an audit incident, support or take over legal disputes regarding copyright infringements. Indemnification of the buyer against claims from the software manufacturer in case of intellectual property infringements must be guaranteed. The provisions of the BMI Select Plus contract, especially regarding license audits, take precedence over the EVB-IT Transfer Agreement Type A (short version) and the EVB-IT Transfer GTC (Type A).
