Rental of R90 wagons for work trains on RER A line: Framework agreement with minimum and maximum scope. The minimum scope includes the rental of 10 R90 flat wagons for 5 years, 1 delivery to RATP sites, 1 return from RATP sites, preventive and corrective maintenance for normal use, and reparative maintenance following accidents or misuse attributable to RATP. The maximum scope additionally includes the rental of 10 R90 flat wagons for 3 additional years, 2 deliveries, 2 returns, and ancillary services up to 20% of the maximum amount. The material must conform to the CCTP.
