Qualification of Schindler Escalator Steps for RATP Stations
Qualification of Schindler escalator steps: The steps are intended for installation in stations of the RATP network (Metro-RER). The qualification system comprises two stages: Stage 1 includes the submission of application and technical documents; Stage 2 requires the provision of prototype steps for laboratory tests at RATP. A future tender for the supply of escalator steps will be published at the end of 2026 and will be based on the supplier panel qualified at that time. Technical requirements are specified in the CCTP (Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières).
