A customer service workshop or a support point with mobile service must guarantee the start of repairs within 24h. Response times for repairs and spare part delivery times must be specified. Additional warranty periods are desired. A maintenance and repair contract for the duration of the warranty period includes regular maintenance and repairs according to manufacturer specifications, electronic documentation of all work, and the free provision of an equivalent replacement machine by the contractor if the machine fails for more than 96 hours.
