Framework Agreement for Vehicle Preservation

Vehicle preservation: Preparation by disassembling non-treatable parts (e.g., swap bodies, wheels), possibly pumping out brine, protecting lighting equipment; blasting to remove old protective coatings, paints, and rust with a non-abrasive medium (hardness 500 h); preservation of all components with a transparent agent (salt spray test according to ISO 9227 > 1,000 h, no cracking/loss of adhesion in mandrel bend test according to DIN 53152 at +70° C and -30° C); assembly of attachments, renewal of corroded connections (if necessary, OEM quality), checking electrical connections, functional assembly of superstructures; documentation via an inspection booklet per vehicle. Reaction time for complaints 1 working day, maximum fulfillment period per service call 5 working days. Transport of vehicles up to max. 150 km by the client, further distances by the contractor via freight forwarding. The bidder must state the distance to the Hannover depot (Karl-Wiechert-Allee 60C, 30625 Hannover) and the availability of a daily delivery service for operating materials. Statutory warranty 24 months, additional warranty periods are desired.
