Lease of an MR-guided radiotherapy system for the Oncoradiology Clinic

Lease of an MR-guided radiotherapy system (MR-LINAC) for the Oncoradiology Clinic of the Clinical Center of the University of Debrecen: preparation of planning documentation for building modification; dismantling and deactivation of the existing device; construction, assembly, and execution works for the building modification to accommodate the new device; purchase of a dosimetry system and patient positioning and fixation devices, consisting of ionization chambers for reference dose measurement, a detector for small field measurement, a phantom for MRI imaging quality control, a daily quality control measuring device, patient-specific QA, tracking quality assurance (minimum of 1 dynamic motion simulation phantom and associated QA software), two MR-compatible 3D water phantoms, a head-neck and skull fixation system, a knee cushion, a footrest, an armrest, an MR-compatible lying patient transport trolley, and an MR-compatible sitting patient transport device (wheelchair); and the lease of the MR-LINAC device for 84 months. The lease includes all costs for import, market placement, delivery and handover, installation, commissioning, trial operation, training, full maintenance during the lease period, troubleshooting, ensuring 95% operational reliability (availability), provision of spare parts, and software updates. Factory-new, unused products must be offered. References to specific standards, products, or procedures are to be understood as 'or equivalent'.
