Rental and maintenance of a minibus fleet

Rental and maintenance of a total of 15 minibuses of vehicle category M2 or M3 with 16-22 seats, according to KöHÉM decree 5/1990 (IV. 12.) Section 2 (9) b) or c), including associated operational and additional services. The vehicles remain the property of the bidder. Procurement occurs in four phases: Phase 1 includes 1 electric and 4 Euro 6 diesel vehicles (total 5 vehicles); Phase 2 includes 3 Euro 6 diesel vehicles (total 8 vehicles); Phase 3 includes 1 electric and 2 Euro 6 diesel vehicles (total 11 vehicles); Phase 4 includes 2 electric and 2 Euro 6 diesel vehicles (total 15 vehicles). Additional services include a monthly availability target of at least 95% per vehicle (09:00–22:00), planned maintenance exclusively outside service hours or with simultaneous provision of a replacement vehicle, on-site troubleshooting commencement within 4 hours of fault report, provision of a replacement vehicle within 24 hours if the fault cannot be rectified within 24 hours (at least equivalent category, diesel drivetrain acceptable). Mandatory is the provision of original factory spare parts; an on-board diagnostic system with remote access is optional. In case of unrepairability on-site, the client covers transport to the designated specialist workshop up to 200 km, costs beyond 200 km are borne by the bidder. Service provision is at the bidder's cost and obligation. The client applies foil branding according to its own corporate identity guidelines at its own expense; restoration to the original condition at the end of the contract is also the client's cost and task. The bidder must acknowledge the foil branding and cooperate in the corresponding condition assessment upon handover/return, further items as per the tender documents.
