Migration of the Plant Economics Support System (SWEZ) to a new version (SWEZ3) and related consulting and support services: execution of the system migration and productive commissioning of SWEZ3, provision of cloud subscriptions for ITS resources (19 months for test/development, 28 months for production after start), user training (up to 14 days before production start), service ticket handling (28 months from production start, not before 01.01.2029), and additional services. Additionally, consulting and support services for the migration process of the SAP-based SWEZ system are provided, including a preparatory period of up to 26 months and a 6-month stabilization phase. The maximum contract duration for the migration is 55 calendar months, and for the consulting services, 32 calendar months.
