Migration of Open Scape Voice Telecommunication System and Applications for the City of Münster

Procurement of server hardware, hypervisor, storage (vSAN), network switches, and execution of the software update for Open Scape Voice V10 to V11, including all connected applications. The VM-Ware hypervisor will be replaced by Proxmox, and the Open Scape Contact Center will be migrated to Mitel CX Contact Center. Additionally, system maintenance, including software maintenance, is required, covering TK systems (DECT, Branches, Session-Border-Controller), UC system (Voicemail, CTI, One Number Service, Webcollaboration), alarm server (newvoice), network components, server and storage systems for virtualization and data backup, as well as the operation of server systems and storage including the operating system. Maintenance services include Remote Service (7x24x365), On-Site Service, Patch-Management, Release-Management, and Incident-Management. Furthermore, purchase, assembly, and maintenance for the expansion or replacement of TK components are requested as a shopping cart over the contract period. The service must be provided by April 1, 2027, at the latest. Prior to service takeover, migration of existing systems, familiarization with system documentation, employee onboarding, setup of remote access, and registration/re-registration as a service partner with the manufacturer are required. A migration plan with milestones must be submitted with the offer.
