Procurement of a micro-dispensing system for depositing high-resolution structures, intended for the creation of microstructures with highest geometric precision and a resolution in the single micrometer range. The system enables the processing of highly viscous pastes (up to 2,500,000 cP) with structure widths from 1 µm, material-saving and reproducible, for the economical production of smallest functional structures on variable substrate topographies without mask technology.
