Micro-Optics Printer for the Institute for Quantum Technologies
System for the construction of miniaturized quantum optical systems: additive manufacturing of micro- and nanostructures as well as micro-optics using two-photon polymerization through nonlinear absorption of a focused femtosecond laser to create high-resolution 3D structures and micro-optical components. The system is used for the manufacturing of microstructures, surface finishing, fiber integration of photonic integrated components, manufacturing of photonic and microphotonic components (e.g., gratings), creation of microlenses and arrays, and manufacturing of lensed fiber components for equipping the cleanroom of the Institute for Quantum Technologies; further items as per the tender documents.
