Ownership transfers upon acceptance protocol and prior training. Minimum technical and operational requirements are detailed in Annex 1a of the Tender Specifications (SWZ). Equivalent solutions are permissible, provided they ensure at least the same level of quality, functionality, safety, durability, and technical/operational parameters. The minimum warranty is 24 months for the chassis and 24 months for the superstructure; an extended warranty may be considered in the offer evaluation.
