Modernization of Cadastral Records and Surveying for Przyłęk, Szczekociny Municipality

Modernization of cadastral records (land, building, and premises registers) and surveying of all buildings and parts of cadastral plot boundaries in the Przyłęk cadastral district, Szczekociny municipality, Zawiercie county, Silesian Voivodeship: establishment of three survey control points with class III accuracy, including permanent above-ground and underground stabilization; modification of boundary point coordinates after analysis of existing documentation and field geodetic activities according to § 40 of the regulation of August 18, 2020 (Dz. U. z 2022 r. poz. 1670); if documentation is insufficient, acquisition of boundary data through geodetic measurements after boundary determination according to the regulation of July 27, 2021 (Dz. U. z 2024 r. poz. 219 z późn. zm.); updating of land use categories (especially built-up areas B, Br) and surveying of other land uses (e.g., Ls, Lz, w); establishment of building and premises registers with full building measurement according to the mentioned regulations; harmonization and standardization of plot numbering and area recording to 0.0001 ha; clarification of discrepancies between the descriptive part in EGiB and the graphical part in Geo-Info 7 Mapa; preparation of extracts with maps and synchronization lists for the Land Register (KW) in case of changes in plot numbering or area; harmonization of street names and house numbering in Szczekociny municipality; development and public display of the modernization project at the district starosty office, preparation of input for electronic communication according to the Act of July 18, 2002 (Dz. U. z 2024 r. poz. 1222), and updating of the land and building register database; entry of intended land uses and buildings into the EGiB database, along with control point descriptions, using the GEO-Info 7 Mapa software.
