Modernization of public lighting in Dunakeszi

Modernization of public lighting in Dunakeszi: Delivery and installation of innovative LED luminaires with pre-programmed illumination levels and adjustable luminous flux for road and park lighting, including the replacement of existing luminaires. The service comprises detailed planning with an inventory of existing public lighting, determination of ownership, coordination with electricity providers, definition of lighting situations and classes according to MSZ-EN 13201-2016, and the specification of luminaire types, quantities, and locations for necessary densifications and additions. Lighting design considers geometric data of roads and luminaire arrangements, road surface reflectivity parameters, and maintenance factors; the tilt angle of luminaires is adjustable. Eulumdat photometric data files of the offered luminaires must be submitted. Furthermore, the service includes the management of remaining luminaires, proposals for new LED luminaires (incl. characteristics, if necessary, replacement of lamp arms/connection cables, proof of a national service network, ELMÜ/E-On system approval), cost and return on investment calculations, proposals for metering point setup, and communication with the municipality. Execution involves the implementation of modernization with a scheduling proposal. Luminaires must feature "intelligence": for main and collector roads, 100-250W luminaires with pre-programmed luminous flux reduction (at night) prepared for DALI controllable systems are required; for subordinate roads, luminaires with pre-programmed luminous flux reduction (at night). Ballasts must allow for pre-programmed dimming of 70% between 21:00-23:59 and 04:00-05:59, and 50% between 00:00-03:59, with a tolerance of +/- 15 minutes. Luminaires must be delivered pre-programmed, on-site adjustment is not possible. Autonomous function must automatically adjust precisely after commissioning or network disturbance within a maximum of three public lighting switch-on cycles. Additionally, 46 existing perforated reinforced concrete support poles are to be demolished and replaced with new ones, and existing bare overhead lines are to be demolished and replaced with insulated overhead lines. These works affect the road sections between the Dunakeszi Fő út – Sólyom utca intersection and the Dunakeszi Fő út – Kandó K. sétány intersection. Pedestrian crossing lighting poles are excluded from the works. The estimated maximum value of a single order is net 200 million Forint. The framework amount is 750 million Forint plus VAT.
